Grown between 1,900 and 2,000 meters above sea level, this lot benefits from the region’s ideal climate and meticulous harvesting. A carefully controlled 90–96 hour natural fermentation enhances the coffee’s depth, while varied drying techniques—ranging from patios to mechanical dryers—preserve its clarity and balance. The result? A smooth, full-bodied cup with caramel sweetness, toasted hazelnut richness, and a bright orange finish.
