Operators, Nuel and Norma have a small collection center in the small region of Silimakuta. Farmers drop coffee off right at their front porch. Then they pulp and dry the beans. The two of them are unique in that their passion to learn is large. In their home, you will find a hand-made roasting machine and a handful of experiments on new ways to dry and ferment. Their passion is exciting to see in this region of the coffee world.
