This coffee is named after “Queen Cupper,” Dinah, who identifies the very best coffees coming off of auction in Kenya. The coffee is washed and separated by washing channel into three grades of parchment by density (P1, P2, and P3). The parchment is skin-dried on raised beds, then spread out to dry over a 10 – 18 day period. At the mill, parchment is separated again, by both grade and outturn.
The battle between fresh coffee and convenience is over. Fresh roasted coffee, ground, sealed & portioned perfectly for your morning cup of joe, delivered every two weeks.
