Roaster's Stash is a showcase of everything we crave in a cup. Every month we share a different single-origin bean that highlights the incredible range and nuance that new-wave coffee offers.

"When I first tasted this honey-processed coffee from the Buncho Washing Station, it immediately took me back to where my love for coffee began: a fruit-forward, Ethiopian cup that changed everything I thought I knew. Years ago, in a small shop in San Diego, I ordered an Ethiopian natural pour-over. The unmistakable blueberry notes and refreshing, uplifting quality blew my mind. It was coffee, but unlike anything I'd ever experienced. That moment sparked a passion to explore everything coffee could be.

This coffee, the first release for Roaster's Stash, feels like the perfect way to start the series. It's bright, balanced, and full of character, with flavors that unfold like a story. The mellow sweetness of caramelized pears meets playful, sweet-tart notes of gummy candy, layered with delicate, floral hibiscus. A sherbet-like body and sparkling finish bring an energizing quality that I love as a kickstart to an active day.

Roaster's Stash is about coffees like this—standouts that inspire curiosity, excitement, and joy in the cup. These are the coffees I can't wait to drink myself, the ones that are rare, expressive, and often never offered again. A new, limited coffee drops every month, and Roaster's Stash Subscribers get to try all of them for only $30 a month.
